  1. love both tours. The bus is actually a nice size (I saw it in real life!) The whole “simplicity” thing just brings tears to my eyes. I’m so proud of every little thing! The mixing bowl sink, the spices on the fridge, the lovely countertops. Everything in the bus seems so significant.

    1. I KNEW Rene’ would tear up seeing this kind of space and this kind of ( self-sustainable/communal ) living! It is truly BEAUTIFUL to boot! Everything is precious and intimate and sacred and beautifully considered! LOVE love love the bathroom sink!

  2. I really love your skoolie! You have done a wonderful job of utilizing every inch of space in a
very warm & comfortable way. It looks so inviting. Many clever ideas you have too. Love you!

  3. Amazing job guys! I especially love that you turned the driver’s seat area into office space. I have a question about that…is it a drafting table or did you build something custom to fit over the steering wheel?

    1. Actually, we just took our sink cutout and we set it on there. The steering wheel adjusts so we can make it flat and keep it on.

  4. Where did you get the spice container magnets? Those are a fantastic idea…as we finish up with our skoolie. What a great idea!

    1. I think on Amazon. Search for stainless steel spice box, or something like that. There are different grades of magnets. If you get the big boxes like we did, you would do well to get the industrial grade magnet sheet. I bought it years ago when we were still in the house and just transferred it to our new fridge. I can’t remember where I got it, but it was like $60 or so. Lots of people have been disappointed with the ones they have bought at craft stores and stuff cause the boxes fall off when you drive.
